Adult Care Plans

Our plans are designed for everyone who wishes to attend the practice on a regular basis and have peace of mind that their preventative care is covered. However patients are also welcome to attend on a regular or occasional basis outside of the care plans and pay as they go at each visit.

Maintenance Plan - £17.43

This Provides:

two dental examinations and routine oral cancer screening
x-rays as necessary
simple scale and polish (two 20 minute hygienist visits each year)
assessment of emergencies
treatment planning
20% discount on all dental fees and additional hygienist visits, excluding implants, Invisalign and referrals to our Endodontist
remedial work within 12 months of placement
access to weekend and bank holiday emergency care

Care Plan - £19.61

This Provides:

two dental examinations and routine oral cancer screening
x-rays as necessary
extensive scale and polish (two 30 minute hygienist visits each year)
assessment of emergencies
treatment planning
20% discount on all dental fees and additional hygienist visits, excluding implants,Invisalign and referrals to our Endodontist
remedial work within 12 months of placement
access to weekend and bank holiday emergency care

Care Plan Plus - £29.68

This Provides:

two dental examinations and routine oral cancer screening.
x-rays as necessary.
extensive scale and polish including active treatment and maintenance of new and existing gum problems (four 30 minute hygienist visits each year)
assessment of emergencies
treatment planning
20% discount on all dental fees and additional hygienist visits, excluding implants, Invisalign and referrals to Endodontist.
remedial work within 12 months of placement
access to weekend and bank holiday emergency care

How do you join our care plan?

There is no need for an assessment, either come to or call the Practice and speak to one of our receptionists who will be delighted to register you on our Care Plan.

Extra benefits from our plans

The care plans also includes an emergency assistance scheme which covers treatment required following an accident and reimbursement of emergency costs incurred when away from home or weekend and bank holiday emergency care.
