Car parking

Posted on Friday, January 2nd, 2015

Leeds City Council are proposing to implement a time restriction on Rawdon Littlemoor Community Car Park which is situated behind the practice. At this time the restriction is proposed to allow only four hours of continuous parking.

This has been the result of us complaining to the council in regard to all day parking taking place in the car park. The car park was constructed to provide parking availability for members of the public, which would allow them to use the local amenities and commercial properties. This provision is currently being denied by vehicles remaining in the car park throughout the day. by denying this all day parking through the implementation of a four hour restriction, it is envisaged that there will be increased parking availability for other members of the public wishing to stay for a shorter period of time.

We anticipate the restriction will be in place by February 2015 which should then allow easier parking for our patients.
